Updates.

Haha! just realised i havent blogged in a while. sorry! its just that, i realised i have been going out every single night last week. and when i went home, i would chiong HK drama, shower then sleep. and work has been quite busy last week. okay.

Wednesday.
Went to meet wileen on wednesday. its always sushi when it comes to wileen. lol! she seriously havent changed abit since sec school. still so boy boy. but wait till she dress up. i tell u, she was so stunning at prom back in sec 4. lol! so we just chatted about the old times and she said i became more cheerful. lol! was telling her about nathan and all .. then it turns out that the skank i ran into, has already spreaded the news about me and nei even before i announced. and imagine wileen and her dont even talk and she knew it beforehand? blah! damn her la. zzz.

Thursday.
Went for the F1 interview with xiin at Orchard. Really hope to get the job because its basically artsiste management, which means my job is to babysit CELEBRITIES! lol! but then again, the interviewer told us that after she baby-sitted one very very famous popstar, she threw away all her CDs cus she felt disgusted. lol! but i still wanna try. then me and xiin got super duper eggcited just guessing who would be coming. but from what we know, linkin park, Charice .. are coming. hopefully theres people i like. OH! AND RICK ASTLEY. lol! i heard he's quite a diva also leh. lol! x: then we had pon tien's wanton mee and SOUR MILK. super love! haha! but if really get the job, is going to be a big sacrifice. firstly, the person told us the working hours would be from 8am to 3am. and well, i might have to skip school for that. depending on my timetable. hmmm. ohman. but i feel its a once-in-a-lifetime experience eh! plus i think the pay should be high. lol! then went on to HTHT with xiin. lol. wow. :D

Friday.

Met up with SJSJ. lol! always full of laughter as we talked about bust enhancement and all. lol! and once again we had HTHT over dinner at watami. i super love hanging out with them. i always get super high and burst out laughing. me and shyenne have super low laughing points lor. and joccee told us about something which.. sigh. can't help much but to just hear her out. i hope she's okay la. sigh! poor girl! but hope to hang out with them more sia! we're planning to join cca in the new school year. but i guess we'll see how ba. ahhh! i wanna hang out with them again soon! LOL! but joan is super busy ... lol!

Saturday.

Had a long date with nei on Saturday. we love long dates. in fact, in our course of being together, we've had only about 5 long dates. long dates is coined to mean that we can hang out the entire day. instead of just for dinner like we usually do after work ends. and we super love long dates because .. we usually warm up during the date. then everytime we get really close, then gotta go home. whereas for long dates, we get to enjoy more of the close moments lor. saturday was full of hiccups. first, he was late because of some problems at home. then he thought he booked movie tix at grand cathay only to realise we booked it at orchard cine. luckily we allowed us to catch it at grand cathay. "Bridesmaid" IS SO FUCKING AWESOME! its a chick flick but it has CHARACTER! i super love kristen wiig! She really is so fucking hilarious! its wayyy better than Hangover 2. even nei admitted lor! LOL! and its the female version of hangover. lol! then after the movie, we went to RWS to meet my parents for durian buffet. i have never eaten so much durian in my life. i had 10 seeds i think. nathan had 17. lol. my dad kept forcing him to eat up. lol!!! and then we headed to the beach for a romantic date. though i lost my ring cus as we were sitting on the shore, the wave swept up. lol!!! but yeah. it was a great night (:

Sunday.

With every great evening comes the consequences to be beared. i was down with a very very bad case of sore throat - because of the durians + i've been drinking 2 cups of milo at work every single day. was supposed to meet the girls to celebrate claudie's birthday at topone.. and i have to call in sick. so spent the day at home.. sneezing and coughing. my bro went to pack his shelf and asked me to clear my stuff from his shelf. more dust. but i found alot alot of old things! omg! broadrick's magazines. my primary school textbooks, diaries, notebooks.. lol! had a good time just reading. and found my old story books like Jane Eyre. nei recently read the kiddish version of it too.. cus im *proud* to say i influenced him! cus i've been wanting to watch the movie when it was out and he refused. somehow he went to pick that book up and he loved the storyline. so i went to read mine too. yeah! i remember reading it in primary school and crying over the sad plot. then had yummy dinner, then watched president's star charity. Chris Medina rocked the show la. and iL Volo was awesomeee!!! you guys should check their songs out. they are these 3 boys - teenage boys.. singing josh groban-ish kind of songs! wow! very soulful.

Monday.

here i am. blogging away at work. this morning's traffic jam was mad! i was stuck at the same position for 20 minutes. anyway, a random act of kindness happened again! cus bus 16 was fucking packed. so i was prepared to board only to realise that even the steps were full. so i just stepped back in disappointment cus i was going to be late for work. and the bus driver just signalled me to go in by the back of the bus. somemore with a smile kind. cus usually, the bus drivers would just tell us to not come in anymore. ahha!! super glad to be able to board it. but i was q shocked he signalled me to go, i forgot to thank him. if they are going to increase our bus fares, they'd better increase the pays of our bus drivers .. whether they are singaporean or not.

Anyway, just some random thoughts. i was reading the contents of my old "diary". not really a diary cus i think it was one of those CME things where i had to write to the teacher - Miss chua. and the things i told her.. well, now that i think back.. its super childish. haha. but then, somehow .. i can understand where i came from. and her advice still.. makes my day nonetheless. hahaha. i have really grown a lot and it was only 5 years ago that i wrote that. cant believe how much i have matured since then. and im working now. have got a wonderful family and friends and a boy who loves me the way i love him. hmm. talking about changes eh? i think i would never have imagined working in an office when i was writing those journal entries to miss chua. well well.. i hope to mature more la. haha! okay. back to work. date night tonight. and meeting veggie tmr. ciao!

Random Monday morning kindness.

Gooood morning world! had a good rest over the weekends as i stayed over at hotel michael over the weekends. great family gathering.. but their bed is extremely good quality, i must say. hahah! then yesterday went to orchard to .. supposedly buy some birthday gifts. ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes, 3 connectors, 1 necklace! was supposed to go find fred (from d.y.o.n) to get OPI mini collection but all sold out! ended up buying yogurt and went home for mummy's yee mee. :D

anyhoos, can't find a better start to a monday than this one. i was actually very sian to go to work today considering that i have had a long weekend (took leave on friday.. ) and i was supposed to talk to the auntie who hates me to mail my letters. then just as i was about to leave house, i saw auntie Yunis, who's my neighbour and she was about to drive out. then i was whispering to myself, "how nice if she could give me a lift!" Somehow, i dont know if she heard, but she wind her window down and asked where i was heading. i said mountbatten square and she said she was heading that way and asked if i wanted a lift. i rejected at first.. but then she insisted.. so i hopped on and yeah. and was chatting with her as she asked about where i was studying and all. hahah! so awesome of her right? she's totally the woman i wanted to be when i was in sec school. all career woman.. carrying her gucci bag, driving a mercedes.. looking all posh and classy and young! shes probably all covered in branded wear. but still, u need to have a certain class to pull these luxury brands off! LOL!

then in the morning, the moment i opened my facebook. i saw that they updated on the westlife singapore fan club fb page that WESTLIFE IS FUCKING COMING TO SINGAPORE ON 3 OCTOBER!!! and then i saw reggie spamming my wall AND I GOT SO HYPED UP!!!! EEHEEEEHEEEEE!!! yessss! i havent seen them since sec 3!!! and this is like, our dream since our internship days 3 years back!!! cus she also went for the 2005 one!! :D OMG! SO EGGCITED! im prepared to spend $300 on this. woohooooooooooo!!!!!! so, today is gonna be westlife Monday!! :D im proud to say i've been a fan since primary 5 - 2001! 10 YEARS! 10 YEARRRSS!!! :D yay!

okay la. i have to get back to work. conquered the bitchy aunty. date night later with nei. meeting the girls for drinks on wed. and HARRY POTTER IMAX this friday!! hopefully can go K with Manfred Ting fanclub this week sias! then this weekends is UNIVERSAL STUDIOS with hc they all!! :D my uncle gave me the annual pass for my 21st birthday! hahah!! :D sigh! my life is too good now, its unbelievable! thanks god! love you!!!! :D

if every morning could be like this..

heyheyyyy! Everyone's awake now. How i wished every morning could be like this. Waking up with the girls laughing at our hilarious videos. Eating the entire chocolate cake with a fork. Sitting around, just nua-ing around the living room waiting for xiin's mum to deliver breakfast. This weekend has been fucking awesomeee. In fact, my weekends started on thursday when we had class gathering to celebrate sharni's birthday. finally got to see willie and the entire amanda's clique. That was probbaly the biggest class gathering we've ever had. Hahah. :) it was super fun and we ate at this cafe called Fika cafe. And its really one of the most awesome place i've been to. So peaceful.. and very homely. I definitely am sooo making itmy hangout already. it was so fun, really. and ade tan came back! And shes super funny la. Fucking love all of them. Willie never really changed much! Hahahah! yaaa.

Then friday, met up w chantel.. shes so skinny now and finally saw jenzson. He is super funny. Cus i brought nei there too cus we having dinner with chantel. then jenzson saw nathan and he gave me 2 thumbs up and a wink. Lol! Hes totally too cute lor. Then had my yogurt. Lol! Hope chantel will be well! Really miss hanging out as a clique! :)

its 4am and im waiting for the sexy xiinn to shower...

its 4am and im at the chalet waitin for xiin to shower. I just wanna remember this feeling of happinness. Like, though im extremely sleepy.. And i was supposed to be on a diet but i didnt care and just ate pasta for supper and drank full sugared coke.. I cant be anymore thankful. Was chatting with the girls for 3 hours? And so much fun setting up her 21st birthday chalet at arandas. I really hope that we can go on a holiday together. Its gonna be superrrr fun. Confirm tiring, but fun. We never run out of laughter and im thankful for the girls, as always! Xiin's family is fucking awesome and fun! Well.. So awesome. So happy. And im super thankful like mad. And nei coming over to help even though he doesnt know them? Last night he went to seto's place for mj and only slept for 3 hours.. But so glad he actually came and even helped. And very happy the girls loved him. Even xiin's mum. Sent him to the bus stop which we went to pasir ris park to pa tor, though it was super crowded. Lol. Hahaa.. Hmmmm.. He is a god send. Cant ask for more. Need to collect memories to last me for a looong time. Well.. Anyways.. I came back and the girls kept laughing but.. I know they mean well. Really glad to be able to share the joy like this. And we had ' 3 hour dialogue session. Hahahahahah. I hope they find good guys whom they love soon!! Then we can shift into the same block and eat nana's cheesecake everyday. :) thank u god or whoever gave me tonight... Thanks sooo much. :)

AWESOMELY, FANTASTICALLY, CRAZILY SHIOK SATURDAY!

BEST Saturday of 2011, i'd say. Wasn't looking very forward to it at first, i'd say.. cus i thought staying at nei's partay would be so awkward.. and i wasnt very prepared. So, woke up very bad tempered yesterday morning. cus i only had 5 hours of sleep? and we headed to the church for shimin[my cousin] and justin's wedding. only me, gerald and lorraine went for the church wedding. at first, i became really a lot better after seeing all my relatives there. and then, when the ceremony began (and of course, after alot of preaching), the moment i saw shimin walked down the aisle in that white wedding dress with her arms wrapped around uncle's arms.. omg. my heart did a little somersault. that girl there, 24 years old, the first person from OUR generation to get married.. is my cousin. my cousin is getting married. she has found the one guy who would love her, cherish her, take care of her forever.. omg. just 10 years ago, i was at her dad's goldsmith shop playing catching and masak masak with the 3 sisters. and since the closure of the goldsmith's shop, we never talked until great grandma's funeral. and we started comunicating and she is GETTING MARRIED? omg! so unreal you know?! seeing how she's going to be a mother in the future etc... cus when i see her and her sisters and in fact, people of my generation, our cousins, i always see them as my playmates.. as children. not adults. and suddenly, we are there at the church.. seeing her dad cry as he gave her away and she crying and everyone else just overwhelmed with joy and romance. hahah. sigh. i still can't believe thats shimin, in that gorgeous big and white dress.. looking soo pretty! :D the guy seems very decent, i hope they'd last. :D

random personal thought: hmmm, i used to tell people that i can't really see myself in a wedding dress.. but when i saw shimin's wedding, i feel even more that i cannot see myself exchanging vows and rings with a man, A PROPER MALE HUMAN SPECIMEN who is capable of being faithful to me, loving me FOR WHO I AM, so much so he just wants to incmergelude me into his life BIG TIME. Like part of the ceremony, they had to each hold their own candles and light up the middle one and extinguishing each of the own candles, symbolising how 2 different lives can merge as 1. And marriage (is supposedly) like the candle light which can never be seperated. how, will i be able to merge my life with another man? would any man wanna do that WITH ME? the not pretty, cant talk properly, full of nonsense shirley lim? hmm.

after the church wedding, we headed for the reception. saw more relatives and mingled around. finally talked to candice, my cousin whom i used to play with also but never spoke to for 10 years, i suppose? wow. such lovely family gathering!

so, after the church wedding, i went home, packed my stuff, showered and watched abit of tv before leaving house to nei's chalet. lol! first person i saw was seto, blowing balloons. lol! so spent 2 hours helping to blow balloons, pasted random decorations, putting up the banner, making random decoration things with sher er, nei's younger sis. lol. kept talking about o levels and stuff. then more people came and helped out. his mum is still as funny as ever! then after that, did hair and makeup, threw on my dress, left my barang in the chalet and i left for the wedding dinner at yishun. lol! [so funny cus i went to nei's hometown and he came to mine].

the wedding dinner was awesome! as usual, uncle jerry never fails to make anyone laugh! :D daddy and uncle jerry are always the highlight of any social events. takes them almost an hour just to finish mingling with the relatives. :D then cam-whored alot with lorraine and some other cousins also. saw the video montage of them and wow, suddenly, im all for believing in true love again. but nah.. still highly skeptical. got very high, especially after 3 glasses of red wine. then started talking nonsense and yum-seng-ing the loudest! hahhaha! so happy for them! for the first time, we were actually asked to go on stage to host the yum-seng thing also, but we're too shy. teehee. lol! very happy to see my relatives lor. it was worth the rushingly hectic schedule.

after the wedding dinner, i went back to the chalet. went in with anita. cake has been cut, present has been given. and they were mahjong-ing. lol. saw Sherrie [nei's elder sis] and her friend ting hui. lol. got super high. lol!! then went up to change. me and anita were thinking about what to do? should we hide in the room? should we draw? lol! then i decided to head down to change first and saw sher er playing mahjong and she needed help. so went to see see and she asked me to take her place! lol! so called anita down and we started playing mahjong with his relatives. lol! after that, the relatives left and we youngsters took the table. then ting hui brought out... VODKA! lol!! damn fucking drunk and high. i drank till i had rashes though D: bad. first time i drank until i feel my heart pump so fast and the blood just rushed through my head and i felt sooooo light headed i couldnt play mahjong. lol!!! shioook! heeee!!! then after that, everyone got too drunk to play. so we decided to cam whore with the banner. LOL! after that, v tired but me, sherrie and nei didnt plan to sleep. so nei went to play mj with his cca friends while i did abit of drawing for adeline khng. then, at about 6am, anita and tinghui slept alr.. so me and sherrie headed to the beach. then we saw the stars and decided it was too good to be missed. so headed back, took a garbage bag and laid it on the cold sand while we just sat and chatted about.. things. then we caught the sunrise and walao, seriously, sherrie is one of the most funniest, most enthusiastic people i know. AWESOME! need to hang out with people like her more to absorb the positivity!! hahahha!

yeah. then i headed back and was toooooo tired. i slept for an hour and woke up to attend to the catering man who came to collect the trays. was so tired that i just stared into space. then waited for nei's dad to come and check us out. cabbed back with anita. lol! SIGH! the fun is over and its going to be monday...tiring but very very satisfying. :D especially seeing so many people enjoy and knowing i contributed a lot to this.. :D but.. NEXT WEEKENDS!! bro's and aunt's bday celebration and chantel's housewarming/ birthday celebrations! WOOOOOO! but seriously, im so fucking sleepy now. oh man. and i cant sleep now cus if i do, i cant sleep tonight! :( shall liar game 2! x: wooooooo!

i don't know how i will survive tomorrow. lessons at 8.30am.

1. is 11.51pm and have not showered or pack bag since have been reading the script and crying. and blogging and changed blogskin.

2. i have been crying in the cinema, on the bus and now.. and crying is tiring.

3. i had a can of beer. as long as a drop of alcohol touches my tongue and i don't dance or let the alcohol out, i will confirm get a hangover. [on the contrary, if i drank ALOT and danced it off, no hangovers. so weird.]

4. the sad feelings are still lingering....

well.. oh .. by the way, was studying in the afternoon before meeting nei and began tweeting and i tweeted jordin sparks [i fucking loved her when she was on AI. and i thought shes the next most successful AI after kelly clarkson and carrie underwood] and she tweeted back!!

An 'all star' week!

nothing beats coming home to my cosy room with the air con turned on after a good shower with all make up removed, face washed, body cleaned with my favourite soap given by alyssa, feet squeaky clean with anti-bacterial soap and just lying on my back blogging and recounting the great day that went by. nothing beats being a happily tired person who is resting. Really
When you know you have been tired from being busy doing the most favoruite things on earth and now, u're recovering from the tiredness, its the best feeling. I love and will always cherish this feeling. this week has been amazing amazing despite me having school at 12 later. Fuck sim. The reason i called it 'all stars' was because i gotta meet most of the favourite people in my life in this week! So happpyyy! First, gotta meet sjsj as usual for pbf. Then tues met up with reggie veggie! Like, finally.. Love her to bits. Then wed had ma. Then thurs gotta meet emma. And friday, gotta meet emma again and also, met up with nana and morgan. Then today, gotta hang out (v impromptu-ly) with martin and nei watching 'black swan' which is such an impactfully evil and dark movie, im gonna be haunted tonight. And met my mum's side of the relatives at a wedding. Gotta make new friends with distant cousins. and my ah yi. Then ended this beautiful day with a 'bus stop' chat with alb at 12 midnight. :) god or whoever plans my life, thanks for this week :) hahaha. Rlly. And the thing is, 80% of these events were impromptu! Ahhahah. Well, to my dearest boys, please please take care! As i've said and will say again, v proud of u guys for going through this (though nt rlly for us, but cus is mandatory) but its still tough.. And thanks :)

I'll trade all the possible chances of having true love/marriage just for every week to be like this. Filled with love from the people i love the most. :D
