i took a big break. woke up at 2pm.. decided that im sick of instant noodles. and decided to cook rice. like a proper meal. so i cooked rice (the last time i cooked rice was in primary 5, under grandma's supervision) and it turned out to be somewhere between porridge and rice. lol! and i fried a perfect omelette. i put tuna in it. and i made minced meat with dark soya sauce. lol! and there i have it!! my lunch. it has been a while since i smelled the fragrance of rice steaming up in the rice cooker. in fact, it reminds me of grandma. especially when i had the rice with the minced meat with dark soya sauce. she would cook that for me whenever i was sick or just craved for it. haha.. yeah. im glad i didn't stoop down to instant noodles again though. though the rice was abit of a failure.. but it was okay. i wanna try to cook more new dishes.
and im taking a break from being calories conscious. it might sound abit skeptical to you.. but i have been rather calories conscious. i choose coke zero over coke [though i know coke zero is more harmful].. i stopped putting oreos and kitkats into my yogurt and all. but i have this "can't really be bothered" attitude at this point. i drank full sugar-ed coke. plus had a mini magnum. [no, i didnt put in effort to choose the mini over the regular.. but its just that my dad buys the mini ones]. give me one week to not be bothered about such itty-gritty details and live life to the fullest for once [and also, alb reminded me before he booked in to enjoy life for him. well, bert, im not gonna let you down]. hahaha.
spent entire afternoon just watching tv and spamming "Big bang theory" lol!!!
On the episode where they all had a bowling competition:
Sheldon's friends: "SHELDON! SHELDON! SHELDON"
Sheldon: "I dont know who you are cheering for because i am the ball."
Sheldon's friends: "THE BALL! THE BALL! THE BALL!"
hahahaha!! love sheldon cooper!!! also, have been bitching and gossiping all afternoon with different groups of friends. turns out, someone has her retribution.. X: hahaha!!! for sabotaging me! okay la, shall not rub salt into her wounds.
okay. promise to study after dinner. well.. im gonna K with derrick tmr!! its rather impromptu. also, actually we were skeptical about going to K just the 2 of us. but then, i needed to go to cine to get G's present on behalf of me and veggie. so might as well go K. then gonna be meeting sjsj to mug. thank god E's not coming. X:
alrighty. off to shower. the day seems to get more positive as it goes by..
