An assortment of events that have not much relation to one another. (:

1.Have been having very little control over what i eat these days as i merely give in to my cravings. am rather guilty as i downed a whole pack of honey mustard chips, followed by breaded shrooms and WWO and a chocolate fudge cake at SABA with nei last night. blah! shall attempt to not take carbs for lunch later.

2.anyway, nathan is really one of the cutest boys i'd ever known. (: i know, i know.. i keep talking about him. but i just can't help it. yesterday we were walking around Borders and he was telling me about the books he used to read. lol! all the sci-fi fantasies. and they are thicker than my harry potter books. lol! i showed him the chick lits i used to read and he showed me the disgusted expression. lol! he's really too cute already, i can't stand it! hahah!!

3. and anyway, thanks bert. though i am still confused about what i should be doing now that im on the other side of the field and yes, i think that shit still comes even though im expected to have no more shit coming my way... but thanks for constantly encouraging me. (: really hope we can meet up once more before you go to taiwan..

4. im seriously fucking absent-minded these days. especially since the USS trip on saturday. it feels like the blur-tired feeling never left since. i've been sleeping at 12 these days.. which is about half an hour later than my usual bedtime. and it has made me very very absent minded. i lost my debit card and the bank sent me a sms telling me someone reported my card missing and i forgot about that sms until i check my wallet last night and realising for myself that my debit card wasn't there. and i almost forgot to bring my shopping home yesterday as i almost left it at saba. and  on monday, i was supposed to go home during lunchtime to settle the problem i caused and.. i reached home only to realise i didnt bring my house keys out. so had to take the bus back and by the time i reach office, 3/4 of lunch time is gone. i hope i can be more sober. blah! seriously.

5. Just a true love story to share:

i joined this forum called soulpancake a year ago (http://soulpancake.com/) and i got to know these 2 people - jeremy and emily. jeremy is from perth and emily is from US. jeremy is close to 40 years old and emily is 21 years old. the 3 of us used to chat alot on that forum until the 2 of them left the forum. that is because they have gotten into a relationship on the internet, across borders and across huge age gaps. many people disapproved of their relationship because they thought jeremy was too old for her and it just can't work over distance! so they ousted jeremy from the forum and emily didn't wanna stay on and left as well. actually,  even when jeremy first told me about their relationship, i was sceptical. but who knew? they announced it over facebook. emily's parents disapproved of jeremy of course.. but the 2 of them made a great team. but they managed to be so happy for so long, i think for almost a year now? everytime i asked jeremy how he is, he would say, he can't be happier! lol! and on saturday - emily arrived at Perth to meet jeremy and they have finally met. and on his facebook, jeremy wrote: "In case anyone's curious.... we are really really really really really happy right now. :D" and it received 30 likes! they are practically our mini celebrity couple!! :D im super happy for the both of them!! they have proved so many people wrong. yeah. i just really thought its a great achievement!

6. and yes, it is right. there is no need to wear your emotions on your sleeve. you may be upset or angry but it doesn't mean that one has to wear their emotions on their sleeves. im quite sick of trying to try. yet again. like albert said, sometimes you have to stop tugging at the kite's string for it to fly higher. as much as i feel guilty, i dont' think im soley responsible for how our friendship has turned out. but i dont blame you either. perhaps, time is to blame. i guess, maybe we should rest for a while. yeah.

7. at borders yesterday, i found "the giving tree" .. a very very very simple children's book which i think have less than 500 words in total but costs $31... but a very very rich lesson to be taught and learnt. (: Shel silverstein.. you are inspiring. here's something about it: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Giving_Tree

"And the tree was happy."
